The Gold-level green building (candidate) is the brainchild of C.Y. Lee, Taiwan’s most influential architect in office buildings. Its sailboat-like form is layered with alternating greenery-lined balconies, portraying a new office typology highlighted by rich natural elements.
Within the project site, a generous green corridor covering 2550 sqm and planted with nearly 100 indigenous trees and shrubs echoes the natural riverfront ecology. This open space emulating an urban park is created in the spirit of sharing and harmony and interweaves with modern landscapes to provide a variety of commercial interactive spaces.
